Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Field Operations:
    • Conduct regular visits to assigned areas to monitor and manage field activities.
    • Ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Address any operational issues promptly and efficiently.
  2. Sales and Marketing:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Promote products or services to potential and existing clients.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
    • Organize and conduct promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
    • Provide product demonstrations and training as needed.
    • Gather feedback from customers and report it to the management team.
  4. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of field activities, sales, and customer interactions.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on field performance and market conditions.
    • Analyze field data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve products and services.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy development.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Sc agriculture (Fresher)
  • Experience: Fresher/Experience.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
