    • Monitor and analyze sales performance across the district.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Sc agriculture (5-7 years experience).
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a sales manager, district manager, or in a similar role.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
    • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
